Pandan leaf, 6x
Coconut milk, 250 g
Egg, 4x
Sugar, 180g
Prepare a pot of boiling water for double boiling
Beat eggs lightly
Add sugar into eggs, mix well, don't over-beat eggs
Set aside
Roughly cut pandan leaves
Add to blender with coconut milk
Blend
Put blended mixture into bowl and squeeze to extract liquid
Remove the pandan, keep the liquid extract
Add pandan coconut milk liquid into the egg mixture, put everything into a metal or glass bowl
Double boil over pot of boiling water, stir until thickened
Put bowl into steamer and steam mixture
Check every 5 minutes & stir. Repeat until desired texture
