Spring onion or Chives, 150 g, 2" slices
Pajeon flour, 200 g
Green chili, red chili, sliced diagonally
Onion, 1/4
Garlic, 1 tsp, minced
Squid, 150 g
Water
Soy sauce, 1 Tbsp
Vinegar, 2 tsp
Sesame oil
Gochugaru
Mix sauce ingredients together
Add some of the chili, spring onions, onion slices, to taste
Mix pajeon flour with cold water until pancake batter texture
Add onion, spring onions/chives, garlic, chili
Preheat pan, add oil
Put batter in pan, top with squid and chili
Pan fry until golden brown, flip once
