AP flour, 150 g
Glutinous rice flour, 50 g
Salt, 2 pinch
Sugar, 12 g
Water, 120 ml
Butter, 15 g
Instant dry yeast, 3 g
Sugar, 100 g
Cinnamon powder
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Peanuts
Almond slices
Corn syrup
Roast seeds
Mix with corn syrup
Mix sugar filling
Mix dry ingredients for dough
Add water to dough and mix until soft dough (like pizza dough)
Leave dough, covered, to rise for 1 hour
Cut dough into 2 blobs, form into circular patty
Put sugar filling in the middle, fold the circumference in and pinch at the top. Form into circular blob again.
Preheat frying pan and add oil
Oil up the hotteok spatula
Put dough ball in pan, press down using hotteok spatula into flat circle
Use hotteok spatula to scoop oil on top of hotteok
Fry until golden, flip once
Cut a slit half way around the edge of the hotteok. Fill with seed filling.
